Il permet de <strong>corriger la r\u00e9sistance de certains exercices<\/strong> et d&rsquo;adapter les mouvements fondamentaux au <strong>poids du corps<\/strong> au niveau des pratiquants.<br><br>Commercialis\u00e9 depuis 2004, le TRX est d\u00e9sormais bien connu du public. Notamment, il permet de <strong>s&rsquo;entrainer efficacement chez soi<\/strong>, ou en ext\u00e9rieur, avec tr\u00e8s peu de mat\u00e9riel. Il permet de progresser sur tous les mouvements de <strong>Callisthenics <\/strong>instables, comme le <strong>pistol squat<\/strong>. En particulier, les le\u00e7ons visent \u00e0 leur faire apprendre l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d&rsquo;un certain nombre d&rsquo;exercices. Les <strong>participants <\/strong>apprendront \u00e0 ajuster les sangles, \u00e0 la juste longueur, pour r\u00e9aliser chaque exercice.<br><br>De plus, les instructeurs expliqueront comment faire pour modifier l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exercice, en fonction de la <strong>condition physique<\/strong> du client. En particulier, les participants apprendront \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer leurs connaissances en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;entrainement TRX sur du mat\u00e9riel dit fonctionnel. On parle ici de <strong>slam ball<\/strong>, de <strong>sandbag<\/strong>, ou encore de kettlebell. Cette formation apprendra aux coachs sportifs \u00e0 concevoir des s\u00e9ances sous forme de <strong>circuit training<\/strong> et de <strong>cross training<\/strong>. <br><br>En outre, les participants seront capable de concevoir des <strong>protocoles d&rsquo;entrainement applicables<\/strong> au circuit training et au TRX. Ainsi, ils seront en mesure de proposer des <strong>s\u00e9ances de sport personnalis\u00e9es<\/strong> combinant divers accessoires d&rsquo;entrainement. Ce cours vous permettra d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des postures de yoga avec un TRX. Vous pourrez alors proposer diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s physiques lors de vos coachings sportifs. En outre, la pratique du yoga permet d&rsquo;<strong>am\u00e9liorer sa souplesse<\/strong>.
