Puis, ces comp\u00e9tences pourront \u00eatre mises au service de l&rsquo;<strong>enseignement du Crossfit \u00e0 tout type de public<\/strong>. <br>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;une formation compl\u00e8te, dans le sens o\u00f9 la certification de niveau 1 ne vous enseignera que les bases de la pratique. Elle vous permettra d&rsquo;intervenir aupr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un public d\u00e9butant, ayant besoin d&rsquo;apprendre les <strong>mouvements fondamentaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autre part, l&rsquo;obtention de la formation CrossFit Niveau 1 (<strong>CF-L1<\/strong>) est <strong>n\u00e9cessaire pour devenir affili\u00e9 Crossfit<\/strong> et devenir g\u00e9rant d&rsquo;une \u00ab\u00a0box\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les objectifs du CrossFit Level1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les objectifs principaux dans la <strong>formation initiale<\/strong> en Crossfit. En premier, le candidat devra \u00eatre en mesure d&rsquo;expliquer les concepts fondamentaux de la m\u00e9thode, ainsi que sa finalit\u00e9.<br>Ensuite, il devra se positionner comme un expert du mouvement. Autrement dit, il devra identifier les <strong>points de performance<\/strong>, les <strong>mauvaises ex\u00e9cutions<\/strong>, et apporter les <strong>corrections <\/strong>ad\u00e9quates, pour que ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves progressent de la meilleure mani\u00e8re.<br>Enfin, il devra \u00eatre capable de <strong>proposer des WOD<\/strong> adapt\u00e9s, s\u00fbrs, et efficaces sur le long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les conditions d&rsquo;admissibilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les candidats au <strong>certificat d\u2019entra\u00eeneur CrossFit niveau 1 <\/strong>doivent remplir les conditions suivantes.<br>Ils doivent \u00eatre \u00e2g\u00e9s de <strong>17 ans au minimum<\/strong> au moment de l\u2019examen. La formation peut donc \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans votre 16\u00e8me ann\u00e9e.<br>Ensuite, les participants doivent avoir r\u00e9gl\u00e9 tous les cours de la formation pour passer l&rsquo;examen, et ne pas avoir en frein le <strong>Code de conduite Crossfit\u00ae<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9sumer, cette formation doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le point de d\u00e9part des coach crossfit. Il reprend et agr\u00e9mente les concepts et les mouvements introduits a priori. Cette formation est destin\u00e9e aux <strong>coachs CrossFit<\/strong> souhaitant fournir un entra\u00eenement de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur \u00e9l\u00e8ves. <br><br>Les participants au CrossFit Niveau 2 (<strong>CF-L<\/strong>2) am\u00e9lioreront leur compr\u00e9hension de la <strong>m\u00e9thodologie CrossFit<\/strong>. Ceci passera notamment par la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre de WODs. Ils am\u00e9liorent \u00e9galement leurs comp\u00e9tences tout en entra\u00eenant d&rsquo;autres personnes \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter les mouvements et r\u00e9aliser les s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les objectifs du CrossFit Level2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les objectifs du CrossFit Level2 s&rsquo;inscrivent dans la continuit\u00e9 avec le Level 1. Les cours de niveau 2 permettent ainsi aux entraineurs de CrossFit\u00ae d&rsquo;affiner leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de <strong>coaching individuel et collectif<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pratique, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une formation r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur <strong>deux jours<\/strong> (un weekend), sous forme de cours individuels et de sessions de groupe. Les s\u00e9ances en classe correspondent \u00e0 des discussions, servant \u00e0 partager des id\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;entrainement. Puis, chaque \u00e9tudiant dirigera des s\u00e9ances individuelles et en petits groupes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les conditions d&rsquo;admissibilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La seule condition d&rsquo;admissibilit\u00e9 effective est d&rsquo;\u00eatre <strong>d\u00e9tenteur du Crossfit Level 1<\/strong>. Toutefois si le candidat souhaite optimiser ses chances de r\u00e9ussite, certaines <strong>formations adjacentes<\/strong> peuvent lui \u00eatre utiles. <br>En outre, deux cours en ligne sont pertinents dans le cadre du CF-L2. Il s&rsquo;agit de \u00ab\u00a0Spot the Flaw\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Scaling\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation <strong>Spot The Flaw<\/strong> est con\u00e7u pour d\u00e9velopper la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un coach sportif \u00e0 identifier les d\u00e9fauts techniques dans les mouvements fondamentaux d&rsquo;halt\u00e9rophilie et de gymnastique.<br>Le cours <strong>Scaling <\/strong>renforce les comp\u00e9tences dans l&rsquo;adaptation des entra\u00eenements au public. Notamment, les participants y trouveront des informations sur le scaling pour les d\u00e9butants, les \u00ab\u00a0<strong>CrossFitters<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb interm\u00e9diaires et avanc\u00e9s, les anciens athl\u00e8tes d&rsquo;autres disciplines et ceux qui sont bless\u00e9s.<br>\u00c0 l&rsquo;issue des deux cours, le participant recevra un certificat attestant l&rsquo;obtention de la formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, le jury recommande aux candidats du Crossfit\u00ae Level2 de poss\u00e9der une exp\u00e9rience de coaching de <strong>50 heures minimum<\/strong>. Ceci repr\u00e9sente environ 2 cours hebdomadaires d&rsquo;une heure, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pendant six mois.
